Human-approved settlement

How manual, human-approved settlement works

Vaultlinepro is a digital marketplace with a manually settled vault. Instead of an automated escrow or online escrow service that credits balances from an API feed, every deposit here is reviewed and approved by a person before it becomes spendable. That makes the money trail slower by design — and much easier to audit.

1. Open a vault

Create an account with an email address and a one-time code. Your vault is a simple ledger: every credit and debit is a recorded entry, and nothing moves without a record.

2. Request a deposit address

Receiving addresses are set by an operator by hand — there is no automatic address generation and no blockchain integration deciding on your behalf. You see the current address for the currency you are funding with.

3. Submit your deposit for review

After sending funds you submit the amount and transaction reference. The deposit sits in a pending state and is visible to you the whole time.

4. A person approves the credit

An operator reviews the submission against the received funds and either approves or rejects it. Only approved deposits change your balance, so an unverified entry can never be spent.

5. Buy from the marketplace

Purchases are checked against your confirmed balance in a single atomic step. If the balance covers the price, the order is created and the balance is debited together — never one without the other.

6. Take delivery

Delivered details are stored separately from the public listing and are readable only by the buyer of a fulfilled order. Non-buyers cannot read them at any point.

Why manual settlement instead of automatic escrow

Automated settlement fails quietly: a misread confirmation or a mispriced conversion can credit an account that was never funded. A human review step turns that into an explicit decision with a named operator and a timestamp behind it. Every approval, rejection and manual adjustment is written to an audit log that operators can review in real time, so a disputed balance can always be traced back to the deposit that produced it.

Common questions

How long does approval take?
Deposits are reviewed by hand, so timing depends on operator availability. Your submission stays visible in the pending state until it is approved or rejected.
What happens if a deposit is rejected?
The entry is marked rejected and your balance is untouched. You can raise a support ticket from inside your account to ask why.
Can anyone else see what I purchased?
Delivered details are stored in a protected table and are readable only by the buyer of a matching fulfilled order, plus operators for support purposes.
